Now, we need a strategic dealmaker to scale our B2B growth. We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager with HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) experience to drive B2B growth and strategic partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: S$5,000 - S$6,500/month + Commissions (OTE S$120K+).

Your Impact
  • Close Game-Changing Deals: Secure S$50K-S$100K/month in contracts with luxury hotels, boutique cafés, and elite event planners.
  • Forge Iconic Partnerships: Collaborate with high-end venues to create custom scent identities (think: signature fragrances for a Michelin-starred restaurant).
  • Partnerships & Collabs: Building relationships with wedding planners, event organisers, luxury retailers, and corporate gifting partners.
  • Pioneer New Markets: Be the first to introduce our scents to untapped verticals (e.g., spas, real estate developers, airlines).
  • Account Management: Ensuring client retention, upselling, and long-term contracts.


Who You Are
  • 3-5+ years in B2B Sales & Business Development, preferably from HoReCa, luxury goods, or corporate merchandising background.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with hotels, F&B chains, or premium retail establishments.
  • Confident in both opening new leads and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communicator who is proactive, personable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong network in Singapore's hospitality/events industry.
  • Hunter mentality: Loves prospecting, cold outreach, and deal-making.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Thrives in a startup, wears multiple hats.
  • Bonus: Experience in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products.
