Job Responsibilities

o Handle Petty cash claims and payment vouchers

o Handle AR transactions

o Matching invoices with payment received

o Input of receipt into MYOB accounting system.

o Call debtors for payment, prepare debtors aging report

o Knowledge of different mode of receipts via different gateway, Visa, Nets, Giro etc

o Issue of invoices, quotation and order processing

o Experience in handling retail outlets accounts

o Provide accounts/admin assistance to the Accounts/Admin Dept.

o In charge of office stationery etc

o Arrange for postages and courier service

Requirements

o Able to use MYOB accounting software

o LCCI Intermediate or equivalent

o Minimum 3 years relevant experience in AR

o Proficient in MS Excel and Word

o Dynamic and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

o Service-oriented, bilingual (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients)

** Salary will be commensurate with experience
