Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, approach, and secure corporate clients.
- Actively drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the client base.
- Create tailored networking proposals aligned with the needs of different industry sectors.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
- Prepare compelling sales materials and customized presentations for prospective clients.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure timely generation and submission of design proposals and project documentation.
- Provide comprehensive support across all stages of the sales process.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
- Collect and evaluate client feedback and highlight any concerns for internal review and improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within commercial office interior design or related industries.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strong analytical thinking to develop effective sales and business development strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals independently, with a strong sense of ownership from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of meeting high client engagement targets and adhering to reporting timelines.
- A team player with the ability to work independently while contributing to collective team success.
- Strong active listening skills and effective verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
