The incumbent will manage the broker portfolio which includes building pipeline for sales, relationship management with brokers and internal teams to drive sales to achieve the planned KPIs.
Responsibilities:
• Drive, execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets.
• Identify and work on the development of new key segments and potential product offerings.
• Provide quotation for new business within authorized underwriting limits
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with brokers to meet business objectives and to secure a long-term partnership.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for brokers enquiries.
• Manage broker administration and file maintenance
• Regular touch points with brokers to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Regular business reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key broker partners
• Track and feedback overall brokers experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Ability to Present to external and internal stakeholders
Internal Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Possess Certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HI
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in General Insurance Industry
• Experience in managing end-to-end marketing process
• Good communication skills
• High energy and driven to meet sales target
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly
• Equip with knowledge and Experience in all GI products
