Job Description:

We are seeking an administrative / accounts assistant to join our organisation. You will be responsible to handle administrative simple accounts related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Assist Project Team with any administrative duties whenever required.

• Maintain records and documentations.

• Prepare simple quotations and invoices.

• Respond to emails / call from Clients, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities.

• Able to speak and write in both English and Chinese as you will be required to report / communicate with stakeholders abroad.

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
