Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients in various industries.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly financial reports for management purposes / reporting.
  • Ensure firms' service standard and reporting deadlines are met.
  • Prepare GST report, filing and basic tax computations.
  • Prepare unaudited statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
  • Payroll processing such as calculate payroll and submit CPF for clients.
  • Other related accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Liaising with clients and answering simple queries
  • Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements
  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance or pursuing relevant professional qualifications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (SFRS), GST and Corporate Tax
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software such as Xero, etc.
  • Good command of English and Chinese both written and spoken.
  • Meticulous with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and able take initiative to perform duties independently and able to work collaboratively as a team.
  • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate effectively with clients.
