As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an IT & General Staffing Senior Manager to drive business success through high-impact client engagement and recruitment solutions.
About the Role
The role is focused on the development of customer relationships, sales opportunities within new and dormant accounts in IT & General Staffing business unit of Quess Singapore focuses on partnering with clients for their staffing needs for its tech & non tech talent. Strategically minded, the role will establish and build a trusting relationship with potential prospects and develop and close sales opportunities within new accounts (high touch sales).

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaning conversations with prospect
- Work with Consultants to address customers specific requirements
Requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience in driving revenue and key account management, with experience in client and talent acquisition
- Extensive experience in Staffing industry.
- Familiar with MOM rules and regulations; Understand and able to interpret Singapore employment and labour laws
- High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint and Drives
- Able to do the job independently;
- Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
- Experience in Singapore based staffing organization is a must.
- Must have experience of Contingent workforce models and familiar with solutions such as MSP.
