STEL seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the education and training sector will build strategic partnerships with training providers and educational institutions, promote STEL's digital marketing services, and generate quality leads. Specific Responsibilities
1. Identify and engage new training providers and educational institutions to form strategic partnerships.
2. Promote STEL's digital marketing and lead generation services to potential clients.
3. Develop and execute strategies to expand STEL's market presence in the education and training sector.
4. Generate high-quality leads for course consultants through targeted outreach and campaigns.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
6. Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and partnership growth.
7. Attend education fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote STEL's services.
8. Develop proposals and pitch materials tailored to potential partners' needs.
9. Provide feedback to improve service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Uphold STEL's mission of empowering individuals through accessible and high-quality education solutions.

Able to plan and run marketing campaigns, understand customer needs, and promote products effectively.

Good at creating clear and accurate reports to support decisions, using tools.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3,800
This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
