Job Description

• Identify and pursue opportunities for new claims programs and client nominations across the Asia region.
• Oversee the setup and day-to-day management of claims programs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and clients, providing support, training, and stewardship reports.
• Analyse market trends, claims data, and client needs to recommend and implement targeted growth initiatives.
• Champion the use of CRM systems to manage nominations, renewals, and client activity across the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and drive strategic business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 7 years of experience in business development, client management, or a similar role within insurance, claims services, or related industries.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of claims processes and/or loss adjusting practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced regional environment.
