What you'll be doing

• You will play a critical role in our growing Asian practice, taking on a significant role growing the Institute's presence in the region
• Working with the Director Singapore, your key responsibilities will include

1. lead generation for our trainings and conference businesses, and
2. increasing brand awareness in the Asia market

• To do this effectively, you will need to skills to drive online and offline marketing efforts including across social media, paid search, and offline events

What you'll look like

• Full transparency - we run a lean outfit and you will need to be a driven self-starter with an ability to think clearly, critically and prioritise effectively
• While we endeavour to develop clear and organised work structures, some fluidity and ambiguity is to be expected, and the ideal candidate should be able to navigate this
• Candidates with experience and existing networks in professional or executive education and trainings will be preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong communication skills in a second Asian language are not mandatory but will be viewed favourably
• Integrity is at the heart of all we do, and you will be expected to carry out your tasks in a way that always maintains the integrity and unique positioning of the Schranner brand
