Job Title: Sales Manager (Vietnam Market)

Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Vietnam market
- Develop new customers and sales channels
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Build and manage relationships and negotiations with key distributors
- Set sales and profit targets, and manage KPIs
- Coordinate supply and delivery schedules with manufacturing and logistics teams
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and present to headquarters and regional management
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional planning
- Work with other country manager (e.g. Philippines) on cross-ASEAN strategies
- Perform other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG or food industry
- Preferably key account experience in structured retail (not limited to FMCG/food sectors)
- Must be able to work independently and proactively in a newly established organization
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with the Vietnam market
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and multinational teams
- Work experience in multinational companies is a plus
- Understanding of supply chain and delivery management is also an advantage
- Willing to travel to Vietnam and other ASEAN countries when required
Compensation:
- Work location: CBD, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.40pm
- Fixed transportation allowance
- Variable business travel allowance
- AWS Entitlement
- Annual Leave: Minimum 14 days (1 additional day granted for each year of service, maximum of 21 days)
- Medical benefits and annual health checkup subsidy
- Medical insurance coverage
