About the Role

This is a dual-track role, with business development as your main focus. You'll help us connect with new clients, manage relationships, and support pitches. On the creative side, you'll assist with filming and produce short-form video edits for proposals, social media, and behind-the-scenes content.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Primary - ~70%)

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Prepare decks, proposals, quotations, and client communications
• Support meetings, events, and production site visits
• Keep track of leads, client updates, and CRM entries
• Help manage social media presence and marketing assets

Filming & Editing (Secondary - ~30%)

• Assist with on-site shoots (camera operation, lighting, BTS capture)
• Edit short videos for marketing, social media, or internal use
• Organize, back up, and manage footage
• Create simple graphics or titles for videos (where needed)

Requirements

• Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken and written) to communicate with bilingual clients and team members
• Confident operating a video camera (mirrorless or DSLR) and familiar with basic production setup
• Able to edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Positive, proactive attitude with good time management and attention to detail
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for shoots

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Graphic design
• Experience creating content for Xiaohongshu or WeChat
• Motion graphics or basic animation
