Project Admin & Accounts Coordinator


DRAKE INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) LIMITED
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support ongoing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, fostering collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to monitor and update project progress.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure timely processing of payments in line with internal procedures.
  • Conduct bank account verifications and manage settlement invoice issuance and payments.
  • Provide project support by validating supplier and project statuses prior to payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax documentation.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for both operational and project-related activities.
  • Assist in procurement and logistics operations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
