We are looking for a Business Development Associate/Manager to support our international expansion efforts in India. This role is integral to identifying new market opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing outreach strategies that align with Sifr Aromatics' vision as a niche luxury fragrance house based in Singapore.

This position reports to the Director of Sifr Aromatics based in our Singapore HQ. The job will be based in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Able to work independently and coordinate with international teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho) is an advantage
