We are a Korean MNC construction company looking for a Business Development Manager to assist the company in seeking business opportunities in construction projects and co-ordinate with HQ for various matters.

The job responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Chief Representative of Singapore Branch Office.
• Seek business opportunities from media, Gebiz, and business networking with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Carry out research to keep the management abreast of the latest market and industry trends. Evaluate the findings and recommendations to Chief Representative.
• Provide full support to Chief Representative (and others) to identify and implement market entry strategies globally, conduct industry and market analysis.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the company's policies and provides excellent service to clients.
• Establish and maintain strong long-term business relationships with strategic partners.
• Attend tender/PQ briefings on behalf of the Company.
• Coordinate with the tender team for the tender preparation.
• Preparation of documents for submissions for tenders and PQs.
• Carry out close coordination with various reports to HQ.
• Carry out close coordination with consultants and clients with clarification and queries.
• Prepare reports on business development and report to Chief Representative.
• Monitor the regulations to maintain the construction licenses.
• In charge of administrative duties for the Business Development Team.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chief Representative.

The job requirements are as follows:

• The role is open to applicants at all experience levels - from junior to senior.
• Bachelor or Diploma degree
• Self-motivated, driven, and possess the ability to work under pressure.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Equipped with strong interpersonal skills and experience to handle various situations.
• Applicant with marketing/business development experiences in the construction-related field to receive an additional point during the evaluation.
