- Manage and optimize the entire product portfolio related to our comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and operational plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and industry partners.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business management and development, preferably within the home renovation or interior design sectors.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and operations.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of successfully growing business revenue and market share in previous roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
