We're Hiring: Contract Accounts Assistant
Support a Growing F&B Group Across Multiple Outlets
We are an established and expanding F&B group managing well-known restaurant brands across Singapore. We're looking for a Contract Accounts Assistant to support our finance operations across three outlets, primarily to cover maternity leave - with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 4-6 months (Maternity Coverage)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Potential for Permanent Placement
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
✔️ Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualifications
✔️ Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting (F&B industry is a plus)
✔️ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar)
✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask across outlets
✔️ Able to commit for full contract duration
✔️ Immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) across three operating entities/outlets.
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Process supplier invoices, staff expense claims, and petty cash transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with Finance Managers on finance-related matters, including F&B reconciliation and credit card settlements.
Requirements:
