Account Executive | Up to $3.4k | 5 Days | Kaki Bukit

• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Monday to Friday 9AM to 5.30 PM
• Salary: $2800 - $3400

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform and prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Consolidate e-commerce sales on all online platforms
• Handle full set of account
• Generate Tax Invoices
• Prepare month end schedules
• Preparation of payment via TT / Cheque
• Prepare and posting of Journal Entries
• Prepare and file Quarterly GST Return
• Assist Management in Preparation of Financial Budget and Plan (eg: Cashflow and Monthly forecast)

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Experience handling full sets of accounts (transaction volume not too heavy)
• Proficient with MYOB or similar Accounting Software
