- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Account, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field.

MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are a plus

- Have technical background in security industry, familiar with various electronic products, such as cameras, access control, solar panels, etc., and have relevant industry work experience at least 5 years

- Formulate and implement business development strategies: formulate business development plans based on the company's overall strategy, including market expansion strategies, sales targets, etc.

- Market research and analysis: collect and analyze industry trends, competitor situations, and customer needs to provide a basis for decision-making.

- Develop new markets: find potential customers, partners and new business opportunities to expand the company's business coverage.
