Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Manager, Business Development and Marketing to assist in agency pitches of focused and integrated disciplines, as well as to provide strategic and executional support for the marketing of the agency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Business Development

Assist the New Business Lead in end-to-end pitch management:

• Act as liaison across internal stakeholders and external partners
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and review checkpoints
• Support logistics for meetings and key pitch moments
• Assist in writing and designing pitch documentation
• Maintain pitch files, team bios, templates, and assets
• Follow up on pitch-related communications with prospects
• Support incoming new business enquiries with speed and professionalism
• Manage internal new business pipeline documentation via proprietary platforms (e.g. CRM tools, pitch logs)
• Conduct background research on prospects, verticals, and competitors to support qualification
• Coordinate or assist in post-pitch feedback collection and wrap-up documentation
• Maintain and update pitch case studies, agency credentials, and sales enablement tools
• Support industry event planning, including shortlisting, logistics, and post-event reporting
• Assist with other new business-related projects as needed

Marketing & Comms:

Internal:

• Collaborate on internal marketing initiatives (e.g. newsletter, employer branding)
• Support internal communications and events logistics

External:

• Assist in the execution of the agency's annual marketing plan
• Help build and maintain external comms strategies across earned and owned platforms
• Draft or support the creation of social media posts, press releases, pitches, and thought leadership content
• Manage and update owned media (e.g. social media, agency website)
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to support marketing differentiation
• Help coordinate media coverage, award entries, and PR amplification

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an agency, media, or marketing/communications role
• Direct experience in business development, pitches, or client management is a plus
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
• Strong writing, organisation, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• A proactive team player with a self-starter mindset
• Passionate about the media and advertising industry, with an eye for creative storytelling and brand marketing
