Corporate Benefits Manager (CBM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurances and other employee perks.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with corporate clients to provide competitive benefits rates and services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to make informed recommendations for plan enhancements.
    Communicate benefits information to clients through various channels, including presentations, written materials, and one-on-one consultations.
  • Handle client's inquiries and issues related to benefits, providing clear and accurate information.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
