Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our company's financial processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting team, monitoring daily financial operations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and a proactive approach to financial management. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal audits. In addition, you will coordinate with external auditors, manage tax filings, and contribute to financial strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting functions including AR, AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Lead internal audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Supervise and support the accounting team.
• Assist in strategic planning and cost control initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
