We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our client finance team. This role plays a vital part in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate invoices, delivery orders, credit/debit notes, and statements of account
• Follow up on outstanding AR invoices and ensure timely collection
• Track project maintenance schedules and trigger billing when due
• Monitor billing milestones for ongoing projects
• Update and record incoming receipts accurately
• Maintain and organize accounts receivable files and records
• Prepare AR aging reports and escalate overdue issues to the Reporting Officer
• Respond to internal and external billing/payment queries
• Perform GST output tax reconciliation

Month-End Closing:

• Prepare monthly schedules and reconciliations
• Assist with any other duties assigned by the finance team

Skill Set Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Positive working attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Proactive and dependable team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
