Position Overview

We are expanding our business development team to drive client acquisition across both B2B and B2C sectors. This role is 100% sales-focused - designed for highly driven individuals who want full ownership of their pipeline, client relationships, and earning potential.

Compensation
  • Salary: SGD $2,200 to $4,400/month (depending on experience)
  • Commission: High-commission structure, uncapped earning potential
  • Total compensation is fully performance-driven, with no upper limit on commission payouts

Job Scope
  • Responsible for acquiring new B2B and B2C debt recovery clients
  • Full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding
  • Maintain full pipeline discipline with proper CRM updates and deal forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal onboarding and operations team for smooth client handover post-sale

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach decision makers (founders, finance heads, operations heads) across various industries
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales meetings to present AutoCollect's receivables management solution
  • Handle client objections confidently, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts
  • Build strong long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Sales-driven, aggressive hunter mindset - full ownership of pipeline required
  • Able to approach and close C-level and key decision makers
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Previous experience in financial services, collections, lending, telco, or B2C subscription services is preferred but not mandatory
  • Highly independent and self-motivated in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Singaporean / PR candidates preferred
