Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and refine go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product packaging for target markets.
• Manage full sales pipeline lifecycle using CRM tools and structured sales processes.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor automation solutions for clients.
• Engage customers as a trusted advisor, solving challenges with automation and robotics.
• Track and improve performance using KPIs and sales growth metrics.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years in B2B sales, ideally in robotics or industrial automation software.
• Proven experience leading regional sales teams and growing commercial revenue.
• Strong communication skills to convey value, negotiate deals, and close opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally to engage customers and partners.
• Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet business KPIs.
