Summary of Role

We are looking for a talented individual who is highly motivated and loves nurturing client relationships to join our team. You will be responsible for the management of key client accounts, growing the accounts and ensuring success for both clients and the agency. You will oversee an array of turnkey creative projects such as branding, campaign planning and development, content strategy, collateral design, digital asset design, video productions.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain the relationship between the agency and the clients.
• Manage project budgets and profitability for the agency.
• Manage and oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, timelines and billings for your projects.
• Ensure the projects are completed on time and to the clients' satisfaction.
• Own your communications with clients - participate in and manage meetings and calls with clients, understand and analyse their needs.
• Act as the liaison between the client and the internal creative team to ensure the client's needs and goals are met on every project.
• Work closely with the creative team, such as designers and writers, to deliver work that meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
• Develop the project timelines, coordinate with the creative team, monitor the progress, and communicate the project status to the clients.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture within the agency.

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in advertising, branding, marketing, creative, technology or related communication fields advantageous.
• Client-focused with a knack for client presentation and management.
• Digitally savvy with a passion for digital communications, marketing and creative solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders are important for this role.
• Organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and good management of time.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and adept at Microsoft 365 Office applications.
• Ability to cope with numerous projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• An excellent team player.
