Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new distributor and reseller opportunities globally, with focus markets including Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, and Europe.
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to potential partners in the construction equipment, rental, and energy sectors.
- Manage end-to-end business development funnel, from first contact to signed agreements.
- Develop and maintain a prospect database; track outreach, feedback, and progress using CRM tools.
- Represent Infinity Cube in exhibitions and virtual meetings, building relationships with potential partners.
- Collaborate with the internal team to tailor technical solutions for local distributor needs.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance, market feedback, and new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of international business development or sales experience, preferably in construction equipment, energy, or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven success in cold calling and B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Japanese/Korean/Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently across time zones.
- Familiarity with distributor models, channel partner onboarding, and cross-cultural business environments.
