We are on the Hunt for a Business Development Dynamo (That's You!)
At Tele-centre, we are not just looking for someone who can close a deal. We want a go-getter with the hunger to grow, the heart to connect, and the smarts to turn ideas into wins
If you love talking to people, spotting opportunities others miss, and making things happen we should talk.
Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):
1. Be the engine that drives new business. Prospect, pitch, and follow through from first contact to closing handshake
2. Build genuine relationships, not just sales pipelines. Clients should remember you for all the right reasons
3. Craft proposals that speak to what clients need, and present them with confidence and clarity
4. Keep existing clients happy. Help them see that staying with us is the smartest move they can make
5. Make sure what we promised is what we deliver. And if we can do better, you'll say it
6. Stay on top of your numbers such as revenue, forecasts, sales reports. You will own it, track it, and celebrate every milestone
7. Help us win tenders and new contracts that matter
8. Support our yearly sales and marketing plans with ideas that excite and strategies that work
What We are Looking For:
- A Diploma (or higher) in business, marketing, or a related field but real experience matters too
- At least 2 years in business development or sales, ideally in a lead or manager role
- Bonus points if you know the contact centre space
- Someone who plans ahead, thinks smart, and gets things done without being chased
- Confident when it comes to negotiations and presentations. You don't just speak but you connect
- Solid writing and speaking skills in English as clarity is the key
- A track record that speaks for itself. If you have brought in big clients before, we definitely want to hear your story
