Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with prior experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry or biosafety labs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Identification and qualification of new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leads generation in the Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical or users of biosafety labs
• Building up and closure of a sales pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement, for sales of products/services
• Work closely with marketing team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to increase visibility and promote our products/services when required
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system
• Management of channels
• Development of sales ideas into potential revenue pipelines

Requirements:

• Min DEGREE in Business Management or healthcare related studies
• 3-5 years of BD experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry or biosafety labs
