- Converting leads from our banking partner into sales by conducting outbound calls to introduce our range of general insurance products (Personal Accident plan, Dementia Plan, Dental Plan etc...)
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best insurance policy that suit their requirements.
- Provide information on the benefits and coverage of various policies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any questions or concerns they may have.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our insurance offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in insurance).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good to have BCP, PGI and HI Certificates.
- Product training will be provided.
