As they accelerate their expansion across the Asia Pacific region, we are delighted to partner with them in the search for a Business Development Manager, APAC. Based in Singapore, this is a pivotal role for an experienced commercial professional who thrives in the dynamic world of travel retail and is passionate about bringing meaningful, sustainable products to market.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compelling sales strategy to drive growth across the Travel Retail sector in APAC.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key partners across airport retail, inflight, duty-free, and cruise channels.
• Build and lead a high-performing international sales team from the ground up, shaping the commercial direction of the region.
• Identify, evaluate, and act on high-impact growth opportunities, with a focus on strategic market expansion.
• Champion the brand's sustainability mission in every commercial engagement - positioning the company as the preferred choice for conscious consumers and retail partners alike.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure high standards of brand representation and merchandising.
• Develop accurate forecasts, sales reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership team.

• Proven Sales Leadership - You should ideally have at least 5 years of success in driving business growth within the Travel Retail, FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry.
