LOA AY25/26: 6 Months Internship: Business Development CUM Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development (40%)
  • Undertake and complete the full project lifecycle assigned, write reports and presentations to communicate project results.
  • Be exposed to projects relating to business operations and is expected to understand planning & operations systems, applications, business processes and industry relevant solutions.
  • Evaluate potential fit of prospects by conducting market research with available tools and resources to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Sales Support Operations (40%)
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
  • Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
  • Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads to convert inbound enquiries via various channels.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and communicate timelines and requirements.
  • Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.

Human Resource Operations (10%)
  • Support the HR operations processes; from recruitment (i.e. posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), on-boarding, engagement, development to offboarding manpower forecasting.
  • Handle paperwork related to government funding and application processes.

Marketing Support (10%)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and materials to generate new leads.
  • Assist with executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and online advertising.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate / graduate in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields.
  • Able to commit for about 6 months (Students on credit-bearing internship / LOA / work-study programme)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Highly meticulous in handling tedious paperwork

Working hours
  • Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

Salary
  • SGD 1,600 per month*
