about the job

• Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals
• Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships
• Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape
• Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director
• Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects
• Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions
• Develop and protect company's brand, corporate image, and reputation

skills & experience required

• Master / Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural / Geotechnical Engineering
• Min 5 years' experience in geotechnical design/ground improvement
• Prior Experience in business development in civil geotechnical environment
• Familiar with Office 365 suite and proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects
