Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years experience in business development within interior design or related industries.
• Strong network in commercial office design and proven success in client acquisition.
• Proficient in proposal writing, tender submission, and budgeting coordination
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, with solid time management, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition - Identify prospects, schedule meetings, and pitch company services to generate new business opportunities.
• Proposal & Tender Management - Prepare and coordinate RFPs, quotations, and tender submissions with internal teams.
• Client Servicing & Relationship Building - Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project lifecycles to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Internal Coordination - Work closely with design, QS, and project teams to ensure accurate information flow and successful project delivery.
• Market Strategy & Reporting - Monitor industry trends, maintain competitor awareness, and support leadership in business planning and reporting.
