B2B Sales Representative - Automotive Products (Tyres)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team, with a focus on selling automotive products predominantly tyres to businesses such as auto dealerships, garages, service centers, and fleet operators. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business-to-business sales within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, including tyre retailers, auto workshops, fleet operators, and commercial vehicle service providers.
  • Promote and sell a range of tyre products and automotive solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and industry networking.
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, pricing, and availability to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, volume pricing, and long-term supply agreements within established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on order processing, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive or tyre industry.
  • Solid understanding of commercial tyre applications, performance, and value propositions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
