Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, including tyre retailers, auto workshops, fleet operators, and commercial vehicle service providers.
- Promote and sell a range of tyre products and automotive solutions tailored to business needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and industry networking.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, pricing, and availability to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, volume pricing, and long-term supply agreements within established guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams on order processing, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive or tyre industry.
- Solid understanding of commercial tyre applications, performance, and value propositions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
