  • Expand existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and offering additional relevant solutions
  • Drive new business development and identify potential clients to grow the customer base
  • Execute strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue targets
  • Prepare tailored sales materials, presentations, and proposals based on customer requirements
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle client inquiries and manage RFQs, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, quotation, coordination with operations, project execution, and implementation of SOPs for consistency and efficiency
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment and maintain a healthy cash flow
  • Ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups across all touchpoints in the sales cycle
