Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by researching potential clients, attending industry events, and building a network of contacts.
  • Client Relationship Management:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Sales Strategy Development:Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets, including setting sales goals, managing the sales process, and forecasting revenue.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and evaluating competitor strategies to inform business development efforts.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiating terms and conditions with new and existing clients, and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and marketing strategies.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Business Acumen and Financial Literacy: Understanding of business operations, financial statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in relevant software: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and market research tools.
