Responsibilities
• Formulate Business Development Plans, Business sales strategies, and annual sales plan
• Organise, maintenance and monitoring CRM to support inquiry and transaction activity
• Interfacing with financial institutions and financial service providers
• Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients, service providers, and referral partners.
• Growing client bases by expanding contracts with current essential client executives, maintaining a post-engagement relationship while introducing new opportunities.
• Recognise and spot client need to ensure that approaches and solutions are on track with goals.
• Contribute to researching, studying, and identifying services for clients.
• Track services milestones, time management and spot incompetency
• Be responsible for preparing and reviewing sales contracts following any rules and guidelines of product and client objectives
• Managing records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc along with client performance and after-sales support
• Contribute to business strategy through a deep understanding of and keeping up to date with key industry news and events involving clients and prospects alike, regulations impacting local markets, and keeping ahead of our competitive landscape.
• Responsible for training of department personnel work to effectively improve the business quality and sales ability of Business Development personnel
• Any other work assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• More than 5 years of proven experience in account management or relevant
• Preferably to have 5 years of working experience in the Other Region market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Being familiar with the China market and environment
• Resourceful network established in China would be an advantage
• Will be required to travel overseas
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales, Negotiation, Presentation skills
• Good time management and organization skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
