Currently focused on Singapore's vibrant tourism retail sector, we transform our IPs into immersive retail experiences and curated products that captivate both locals and international visitors. Our mission is to redefine storytelling through strategic partnerships, limited-edition merchandise, and destination-driven retail concepts that celebrate artistry and cultural connection.
Key Responsibilities
1. Licensing & Partnerships (B2B)
• Identify and negotiate licensing opportunities (e.g., apparel, accessories, F&B, digital content).
• Develop partnership models (royalty-based, co-branded, exclusivity agreements).
• Manage end-to-end deals from pitch to contract execution.
2. Retail Expansion & Merchandising
• Lead pop-up store collaborations with global retailers (e.g., department stores, concept shops).
• Oversee product development for IP-derived merchandise (figures, plush, limited editions).
• Analyze market trends to prioritize high-potential categories/regions.
3. IP Protection & Compliance
• Work with legal teams to enforce brand guidelines and approve licensee designs.
• Monitor unauthorized use of IP and initiate enforcement actions.
4. Revenue Optimization
• Build financial models to forecast licensing revenue and ROI.
• Track performance metrics (e.g., sell-through rates, partner compliance).
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IP licensing, retail BD, or merchandising (toys/lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, and royalty structures.
• Passion for pop culture, collectibles, designer toys, or the creative industry is a strong plus.
• Strong grasp of contract terms, royalties, and supply chain logistics.
• Creative mindset with analytical rigor (Excel + PowerPoint proficiency).
