Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end innovation cycle, from identifying market shifts and customer pain points

to designing and launching new business models.

• Drive ideation processes that explore emerging technologies, new value chains, or unmet

needs in the automotive and supply chain ecosystem.

• Develop and implement forward-looking strategies aligned with company long-term growth vision.

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic

shifts to inform innovation opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, test, and iterate new business

concepts.

• Apply Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.

• Build strong partnerships with startups, research institutions, and innovation hubs to explore

co-development or investment opportunities.

• Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and go-to-market plans for new ventures.

• Pilot and incubate new initiatives, managing early-stage execution and transition to business

units as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6 years of experience in business innovation, new business development, or strategic

transformation.

• Proven track record of turning ideas into tangible, market-ready products, services, or ventures.

• Strong grasp of Agile, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking, and business model innovation.

• Ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset within a corporate setting.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills.

• Experience engaging with senior leaders and navigating cross-functional dynamics.

• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear pathways and actions.
