Position Summary:
QE is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead and grow our commercial presence in China. Based in Singapore, the candidate will be responsible for developing market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the full sales cycle. Frequent travel to China is required to maintain close client engagement and market visibility.

QE is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead and grow our commercial presence in China. Based in Singapore, the candidate will be responsible for developing market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales initiatives targeting China's solar market.
- Build long-term relationships with developers, EPCs, asset managers, and government stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of QE's drone EL inspection and analytics services across China.
- Identify market opportunities, prepare proposals, and close commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to support project execution.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends in China.
- Represent QE at trade shows, conferences, and business meetings in the region.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong focus on business development or strategic sales in China.
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing key accounts in the PV sector.
- Strong industry network within China's solar ecosystem.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Based in Singapore, with requirement to travel frequently to China (60-80%).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or business. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
