Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across banking, investment, and financial service segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead client acquisition strategies and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized financial solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and recommend growth strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or relationship management within a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
