Senior Finance and Account Executive - DELIBOWL (Singapore HQ)

About DELIBOWL:

DELIBOWL is a fast-growing Chinese fast-casual dining brand with 7 outlets across Singapore, projected to expand to 13 by the end of the year. To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance Supervisor to strengthen internal financial oversight and improve reporting quality.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise the work of outsourced accounting partners and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of daily bookkeeping across all outlets and HQ.

• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and statutory tax filings.

• Provide meaningful financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders.

• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting activities.

• Implement internal controls and improve financial processes across the group.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; ACCA/CPA certification is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet businesses.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax, and GST practices.

• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
