Our client, an established Insurance Broker, is hiring for an Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the Claims, Admin and business growth. Responsibilities include managing the operations team, improving operational efficiency, and aiding the business development executive in expanding the client base. Our ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and passionate about building high-performing teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an Insurance Broker, preferably in General Insurance
• Experienced in managing and leading a team
• BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications are mandatory
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required to liase with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree or equivalent, any field
