Job Responsibilities:
  • Call leads daily to secure appointments for the week.
  • Close sales on the spot and address client queries professionally and promptly.
  • Build rapport with new clients and maintain relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team on sales plans, forecasts, and track progress to meet KPIs.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals, including identifying new market opportunities and initiatives.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Direct Sales experience preferred
  • Good command of English and Mandarin as needed to respond to Mandarin-speaking customers' queries and requests
  • Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly Motivated and outgoing
  • Pleasant personality & professional
