Senior Field Sales Representative (Audio-Visual Systems)

As a Senior Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and expanding customer relationships within your territory. Focusing on face-to-face engagement, you'll promote audio-visual solutions through consultative selling, strategic account management, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business through networking and referrals
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AV solutions
• Manage and grow key accounts in collaboration with sales leadership
• Engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos
• Achieve revenue and margin goals via value-added selling
• Maintain post-sale customer relationships and support
• Track pipeline activity using CRM tools for accurate forecasting

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of Audio-Visual systems sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach
