What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through various outreach methods (cold calling, networking, referrals).
  • Research target clients and develop Go-To-Market plans to guide business development efforts.
  • Build rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning EPAM's solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling pitches and demonstrations that address client challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive proposals and participate in client presentations (with senior BD guidance).
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and commercial terms to secure new business (under senior BD guidance).
  • Partner with delivery, presales, marketing, and leadership to align sales activities with EPAM's capabilities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Accurately track sales activities, pipeline progress, and leads in the CRM system, providing regular reports to management.

What Will Make You Shine

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
  • Possesses a self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and time management abilities and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with clients and contribute effectively in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets, with experience in the Singapore/APAC IT consultancy market.
  • No visa sponsorship

Nice to Have:
  • Industry expertise in one or more of EPAM's key sectors, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecommunications, is highly preferred.
