Key Responsibilities:

• \tCollaborate with the Sales and Technology Delivery teams to facilitate the closing of sales and renewal business orders, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution.

• \tPrepare and analyze sales and revenue reports for assigned account portfolios, providing insights to optimize performance and decision-making.

• \tSupport sales operations by drafting and submitting contracts (both soft and hard copies), updating CRM systems, and ensuring the timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, and cash collections.

• \tMaintain close communication with project teams to stay informed on project status and proactively identify any issues that may impact payment milestones or revenue recognition for the organization.

• \tMaintain a strong understanding of the company's capabilities, services, and engagement models to ensure clear and effective communication with clients regarding contracts and engagements.

Qualifications:

• \t1-2 years of experience in a Sales Support role, ideally as an Account Executive, with a focus on the responsibilities outlined above.

• \tA minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• \tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• \tBasic technical knowledge is advantageous, particularly an understanding of technology services.

• \tExceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• \tAbility to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines effectively.

• \tCapable of planning and executing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• \tStrong customer interaction and relationship management skills.
