Our client is a fantastic events business headquartered in UK that has opened up its brand here in Singapore. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.
As the BD Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients, building relationships with existing customers and driving sales for their trade exhibitions and events.
Responsibilities

As the BD Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients, building relationships with existing customers and driving sales for their trade exhibitions and events.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in prospecting and identifying new leads and clients
for trade exhibitions and events
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential
and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing satisfaction
- Sales Presentations: Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
for prospective clients
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and
new business opportunities
- Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of events, liaising with clients, and ensuring
their requirements are met for smooth execution
- Lead Generation: Help with cold-calling, attending networking events, and generating leads
through various sales channels
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead progress, and event performance,
providing regular updates to the sales manager
- Administrative Support: Assist with maintaining client databases, sales documentation,
and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
Your experience:
- A relevant degree in Business Administration or Sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work individually and in a team
