Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales person with likely experience in selling software solutions to the restaurant and F&B sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of SaaS software solutions, combined with a proven ability to engage with F&B business owners, operations teams, and decision-makers. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Singapore with growth oppourtunity in APAC region, driving sales, and ensuring successful solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales of V3 Solutions' software and SaaS offerings tailored for the restaurant and F&B industry, including AI-driven tools like Digirestro and Review Lens.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including restaurant chains, cafes, QSRs, and F&B franchises across Singapore and APAC.
  • Understand client requirements related to reservations, ordering, customer reviews, kitchen operations, and more - and recommend tailored technology solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, technical walkthroughs, and solution presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to align on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market developments, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales planning.
  • Attend industry events, F&B expos, and trade shows to promote V3 Solutions and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in technical or solution sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry. Freshers are also welcome who can demonstrate passion for sales.
  • Understanding of F&B operations and the digital solutions landscape (POS, online ordering, AI-based review management, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity to use computer for microsoft suites or google work space. Update reports, generate invoices and other day to day activity.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in the food and hospitality space.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
